Tommy try’s really hard to seem tough to everyone but people see him like a docile chihuahua. He’s confident on the outside but on the inside all the he wants is to prove himself to everyone especially Crutchie which is who he works for as a waiter.
Tommy boy grew up in manhattan in an orphanage from age five to age twelve when he was adopted by a kind old man named Ernesto goring who adopted him after Tommy got his first job at his barber shop sweeping floors. Tommy loves his adopted father and calls everyday on the phone and visits him twice a week. Tommy wasn’t necessarily physically or emotionally abused but he was neglected in the orphanage and used to be skinny as hell. He never felt good enough for the workers there even when he got an A+ but his father always made him feel good enough even when he failed. He was raised in a catholic orphanage and lost his faith until his foster father brought him back to church.
Tommy although having a good eight years with a very comforting man he never really picked up on how to comfort someone so he goes to the nearest person he can see who is good at that stuff and hands them over. He does care about people and will show it through giving them stuff they either talk about or he knows they like.
tommyboy is confident on the outside but is shitting himself on the inside trying his best to get everything perfect. Tommyboy will apologize if he gets something wrong but if you just do that to piss him off and be a dick he will not take it too kindly and freeze out the table. Tommyboy is very proud of his job and works as hard as he can on it. He is clumsy as hell and drops everything or forgets something. Customers don’t care because they find him sweet for some odd reason.

Tommy boy feels the need to prove himself so most likely he would’ve taken to sports like any guy his main sport that he enjoyed the most was baseball he is in love with baseball and can’t get enough of it his foster father used to take him out to Central Park and play catch with him. Another interest he is (stay with me) colouring in, yes it sounds childish but Tommy had most of his childhood taken from him from neglect and fighting kids in the orphanage for food and a bed so his father tried to find something childish for the kid to do that would clam him and not drain him so he would sleep and he settled on colouring in of course Tommy can’t draw but he is good at staying in the lines and enjoys it especially with music through his ears. Another interests he has is something he does with Ike and that is skate boarding when he was younger he found a skate board just abandoned outside the orphanage and he taught himself how to ride and eventually learned tricks from the older kids at a skate park near by it became his lifeline outside of baseball in school. The older boys ended up buying skateboards for him when his others were ruined they became like family to him and even now he keeps in contact with them.
