Behemoth Son Grounded From Cell Phone, Kills Mom With Kitchen Pan

I wish I could say kids killing their parents (and vice versa for that matter) was a rare occurrence.  Sadly it is not.  This type of thing seems to happen on a weekly, if not daily basis.

Here we have a case of 16 year old child, Michael Helms, getting into an argument with his mother over some issue at school and as punishment having his cell phone taken away.

What makes Helms special (ahem) is that he is 6'6" and weighs 265lbs.  That is pretty sizable and he didn't take to losing his cell phone too well.  He grabbed a kitchen pan and a hammer and waited for his mother to come home.  When she arrived, he savagely beat his mother to death with these instruments in front of his friend, Christian Blakely.  Luckily Blakely was there to help....help his friend hide the mother's body in a storage shed out back. 

Helms was not through though.  He retained his instruments of death and waited for his step dad to come home.  He attacked his step dad but luckily the man was able to escape and call the police.

So what about this story was most disturbing to you?  Was it the reaction to the grounding?  Was it the premeditation (twice)?  Was it the friend helping to dispose the body?  All of the above.
