Spooky encounters? Well, I can’t say I’ve had any real encounters with yokai or yurei before or during my racing career. If I did, I’d probably be a little more freaked out than I’d like to admit.
But, there was this one time during a race in Japan… We had a bit of an electrical glitch in the middle of a night-time qualifier, and I swear I saw a shadowy figure dart across the track. Honestly, I thought it was just my eyes playing tricks after hours of training. But who knows?

A bonus question hehe sorry. If we're going by your AU and Michi's death thingy, would she have somehow been revived as a vampire? Because, well, Raoul died and was revived as a vampire right? I think I didn't understand it correctly, but yeah.

It would depend on the circumstances of Michi's death. Vampire cars are more likely to arise from traumatic violent deaths like a ghost and instead of haunting people, they possess their own rusted frames.
In the Vampire AU, Raoul came back as a vampire because in this timeline, he was killed by the lemons a year before the events of Cars 2 when he accidentally came upon one of their secret labs for making Allinol.
Also folding in other headcanons from a vampire au from another fandom, Michi is more likely to rise back as a vampire if there were no Shinto purification rites done after her death (due to Japanese Shinto belief that ghosts and others of their ilk are considered "unclean" and closely linked to death and the Underworld)
So today the Next Gen AU turns a year old! I know posting has been slow since I just got out of the planning phase, but I have tons of content planned! Until then, I have a collection of (mostly unfinished) art pieces and fake screenshots!
Although we've already seen a similar interpretation of a Tenugui/Japanese bandana with Kabuto's ninjas in mater's tall tales, which from what we can see is more like painted obv.
And that I gave my oc a small redesign and some minor improvements/extras; I added one of those, but it felt more natural and iconic for me if it were actually a fabric bandana and not a sticker🥲
