actually, thank you a lot for making this post because for a while now, i’ve been confused on whether or not i’m an extrovert because i feel better when i’m around people but i don’t consider myself to be stereotypically loud or not anxious at all

yeah, people like to reduce it to "outgoing" or "confident" but that's reeeally not universal to all extroverts- and there are plenty of outgoing confident introverts too!
