Witches burrs are the seed pods from sweetgum trees, also known as gumballs. I keep one on all my altars to add power to my spells. Witches burrs are traditionally considered to be very powerful for protection and warding your space, banishing curses and hexes, and even abundance magic. Three witches burrs are surrounded by a nest of Spanish moss and resting on an upturned grapevine crescent moon. Amethyst, labradorite, and black tourmaline, hang from three cotton cords, a pentacle made of your choice of silver tone or bronze tone metal.
