In order to meet the requirements of customers, we specially debugged the rotation angle of the servo. Modify the pulse width so that the original 280 degree servo becomes a rotation angle of 80 degrees. Within the angular range of servo rotation, as long as the pulse width is modified, the angle we need can be reached.

サーボモータ[SG90]用ホーン試作 SG90のホーンを取り付けるギア径が5mm

左：データの中心穴径5.1mmで出力 右：データの中心穴径5.5mmで出力

出力結果 左：中心穴内径4.5mm 右：中心穴内径4.9mm

外形の寸法誤差は0.1~0.3mmぐらいに対して穴の内径の精度はあまりよくないようです 取り付けた感じは左は入らず右のホーンでも力がかかるとすぐ抜けてしまいます アップされてるSG90用のギアを見るとホーン取り付け部分を半分に切ってるので 形を変えてしまうほうが3Dプリンタとも相性が良さそう
