This is the best game ever
It's surprisingly big, you can go to different departments and you even have a pager/bleep!
It goes through the major infections of organ systems, I've only done skin at the moment
They gave me penicillin, ceftriaxzone and ciprofloxacin to start with. A penicillin, cephalosporin and macrolide are pretty good for a starting kit. The former two cover gram positive organisms and cipro covers both gram positives and gram negatives. I would have liked gentamicin as well for gram negative enterobacteriaceae but the above are sufficient for skin infections
Then there's a combat bit where you throw antibiotics at the organism to defeat it. It's so fun!
