Making an animation to show protein transport in Mitochondria can be tedious but it is a bit uplifting to meet the different complexes for mitochondrial protein import and how proteins are like humans who have different paths towards their purpose in the mitochondria.
Introduction to Mycology in Pictures and Doodles For my mycology subject this semester, The teacher started our session through Introduction to Mycology. We needed to identify and analyze the structures of a fungi in the pictures given in a worksheet. Self-paced study is a long work, and I was taking notes and searching the internet for a week. I definitely ended up doodling the structures in order to impart the knowledge in my brain.

January 30, 2021 - How do you plan for the next month? Anything fun happening in February?
My theme for February is to have fun. So far, in the past semesters I have been hard to myself and it has been a factor to deter my chance in reaching my intended goal. February will be full of studying mycology and phycology and a swarm of requirements, but my planning system will get me through it. I have high hopes. When I start a new month, I follow the prompts in this video.

Loving my pretty notes for my final! Doing revisions and making a separate notebook to carry around with all the notes I need to know for my final. Gonna be a late night, 10 more pages to figure out 😭
So my teacher promised that cookies wins over his heart (a specific kind) and he will "take it easy on us" for our exams. I brought cookies. I have social anxiety. And my social anxiety won't let me give him the cookies. And it won't let me see if someone else wants to. I'm so screwed. Maybe I'll just eat them myself.
