This is what a busy week of a college student looks like and like how the kid below loves corn, I can also tell you all about it. This is what needs to be done to prepare for Laboratory Activities.

Hello again, happy 2024.

I did not expect to open my tumblr to see this much of support after a long tumblr slump. When I was gone, life happened, school happened, my phone got stolen last June 2023, internship, and joining an organization happened, leaving no time to post in tumblr or any of my other accounts in the internet; all I have is messenger to communicate with my peers.

Back then I created this tumblr when I was in highschool, but I was not really active, I just wish to have a personal online presence that remains unknown to others who are acquainted with me in real life. I got active when pandemic struck and everything shifted to online class then this became my outlet in navigating college. Now I am in my senior year, my last semester and I can feel the nostalgia of how I navigated college. Tumblr becoming a part of my first college chapters.

My classes are 7 am to 7pm and I had some homeworks and org works, so I'm always having so much priorities that I have to fulfill first. I just watched Percy Jackson Series which made me scream like a fan-in-a-concert-scrream a lot of times. I spend some of my rest moments reading one to two chapters of books that it takes not less than a month to finish. Since February 14 is near and I got something going on my mind, out of nowhere, so I'm sharing it here:

One must beware of Love. It is inconspicuous and it is very sneaky. It is no different than inflammation, as it will only send you the information once its almost done with its formation. You cannot see it coming. It is misleading and deceitful, and worse of all burgeoning. It causes emotion turmoil, the inevitable feeling of stomach coil especially when one needs to make a decision. But in the end the choice is yours, love is a decision. 

It is up to me to choose the people, who I will love. Now I'm worried with the unloving part, because it starts from a couple of hurts which makes unloving also a choice, and it takes courage to go on with that.

The only book I read last January has only made it here in Valentine's. I'm giving this book a solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it showed love in a realistic viewpoint. When love is involved, it is a risk, one can get hurt, vulnerable, and exposed. But why still love? It is because love puts everything in place.

December will be a great month inshallah, I believe it! So far I have:

tested negative for covid (after 2 weeks 🦠) alhamdullillah

cleaned + disinfected my entire room - feels like a new start

went thru all my income + expenses for the last half of the year 🤧 (exhausting, productive and revealing 😬)

talked with my friend on the phone (she who is too busy to breathe).

little bro returned from trip

Tomorrow the plan is to add a pompom to a hat I knitted, make parchment envelopes to give out the dates my bro brought back from umrah, and maybe even go outside after 2 weeks -wipes tear- (outside pics are from last winter)

08.11.2022 || time is moving too fast and I spent my October going to book fairs with friends. I've exams from next month and so little time to study for the entrance exams of the masters programs I'm applying to. Time management is really difficult when the dates for all of them are close to each other. Finished reading before the coffee gets cold and I'm almost done with on earth we're briefly gorgeous!!
