People talking about how phalloplasty looks unrealistic on my dash again and I think more people need to know that there are tattoo artists who specialize in tattooing neophalluses to better match your skin tone and enhance realism. There's even a chance they could be covered by insurance. It's kind of like nipple tattoos for people with mastectomies, which are also something more people should know exist. I think a lot of studios that do phallo tattoos also do nipple tattoos.
edit: of course this isn't a requirement for bottom surgery, it's just a form of gender affirming care i don't see talked about too often. "need to know" might've been a poor choice of words, i didn't mean to imply phallo is inherently unrealistic on its own, but if that is something preventing you from seeking out bottom surgery i'd want you to know that there are options. learning about these tattoos is what pushed me from "i'll probably get phallo" to "i'm absolutely getting phallo". peace and love :]
