Today I made a Dr. Sebi inspired “Italian Salad.” This alkaline electric dish was made with 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 cup of cooked oyster mushrooms, 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half, 1/4 of a yellow pepper, 1/4 of a very small red onions (sliced), dried oregano, fresh basil, black olives, and grated brazil nuts ( using a microplane grater.)
