Do you ever think about how Kim Dokja came back after three years and found out that Midday Tryst was still active, that someone (Yu Joonghyeok) paid for it to continue for THREE YEARS?
YJH who doesn't talk about things that aren't important to him wrote in Midday Tryst about the people of KimCom because they became important to him as people and not a means to the end. He writes about them, no matter how short, because he knows in his own hopeful way that KDJ cares about these people and would want to know what they were doing, how they were doing.
(He writes KDJ's name and only his name because he doesn't have anything to write next to it. He doesn't know where he is or what he is doing or how he is.)
Do you ever think about how KDJ comes back and the fourth wall has to read out those corrupted messages but YJH probably has all those complete ones still in his logs? All the memories of the three years he spent waiting?
(All the messages that probably followed right after each one telling him: [The Constellation 'Demon King of Salvation' doesn't exist in the Star Stream.])
(How many hundreds of messages did he send in three years? How many hundreds of error messages did he get back?)
I happen to know the word "tryst" intimately because I'm a literature nerd and that word often got used for Shakespeare's romance where lovers sneak out to meet up. And honestly, if that doesn't describe YooHanKim talking right in front of other people's salad in the midst of scenarios, I don't know what does.
Me: "Kim Dokja" Yoo Jonghyuk typed threateningly[passionately].
So this guy knew of Sound Transmission (or maybe Voice Projection from the novel) early on but he never bought in later chapters and used it to communicate with Yoo Joonghyuk and Han Sooyoung. He kept using Midday Tryst instead and combined their chats that consume coins to keep going instead of using a more convenient skill when he has enough money for it later. It's okay Kim Dokja, I'd also prefer to keep your romantic agreement with your boyfriend and girlfriend.
I SEE YOU BISEXUAL COLORS I SEE YOU
edit: Yoo Joonghyuk is bisexual and Midday Tryst is the bisexual group chat. No, this is isn't up for debate and I really hate it when there's a popular gay ship but shippers are offended when I say the characters involved are bisexuals. Why do you ship a queer ship if you are biphobic?
