Q20: What is age regression to them? what do they like/dislike? are they proud of their regression, or feel a bit more insecure about it?

A: Regressing dor Odette means that she no longer has to mask. She can confront her big emotions, and she can relax and play with her sister!

She's pretty proud of it, but very much likes to keep it between only her and her family.

Likes: Playing with her sister, getting to do kiddo science, getting physical affection (but not too much, she only likes it a little bit), getting to cry without shame, getting to play computer games!

Dislikes: Being told what to do, being babied.

Q18: Do they take naps? if so, do they take them at a specific time, or just nap whenever they feel like it? do they get fussy over having to take one?

A: Odette doesn't really need to take a nap, but she will sometimes fall asleep during movies or when she's snuggling with regressed Clara.

Q: 1 How did they find out about age regression? did they stumble upon it online? did a friend tell them about it?

A: it's a lot more common in their world to know about Age regression. It's a common thing so she already knew about it before discovering she herself regressed.

Q: 20, what is age regression to them? what do they like/dislike? are they proud of their regression, or feel a bit more insecure about it?

A: She likes that she gets to be a kid and have some fun! She likes that she doesn't have to work so hard and she gets space to do whatever she wants to while also letting go of some of the responsibilities she has. She also loves that she gets to spend fun and quality time with her little!sister. :)

She doesn't like that people tell her what to do all the time, though. She's smart enough to figure those things out herself! In her mind at least.

Is Odette autistic?

I am not an expert on Autism.

I suspect I may be on the spectrum myself, but I can't be sure since I have not been diagnosed with anything.

I've done lots of research and have many friends who are autistic, but that's all.

It in no way makes me an expert.

If I get something wrong, please correct me.

Very often, people with autism are infantilized and treated like children when they're very much adults.

Oddette and Clara, when they're adults, they are treated as adults, and they're more than capable of taking care of themselves.

They're equal partners in the family business and are never treated differently.

Age regression is them coping with trauma and allowing them freedom of expression.

It's nice to take a break. It's valid.

Absolutely, she is!

In fact, both girls are on the spectrum.

They're both very different but equally valid and loved.

- Clara is a little better at masking than Odette is when they're bigger.

-Odette has science as a special interest.

-Clara and Odette both struggle with sensory issues.

-Odette always wears gloves and gets very upset if someone asks her to take them off.

-Clara feels uncomfortable with eye contact and is often very shy around new people.

-Odette perfers to play by herself, but never minds Clara playing with her. Clara is the exception.

-Clara and Odette both have specific safe and unsafe foods.

-Odette doesn't catch on to social cues and often turns to Clara for reassurance since she's a bit better at catching on. (When they're both big, that is.)

-Clara is more prone to autistic meltdowns than Odette, but she does have them sometimes.

-Clara is very sensitive to sound, she perfers not to have the TV on because it can get too loud for her and she doesn't know how to turn it down (due to how small she is.) So Carmilla got her some noise canceling headphones. And Odette will usually turn it down for her when she wants to watch something.

-Odette loves to make and play with slime, so long as she has her gloves on.

-Clara needs access to her chew necklace and pacifier at all times.

Odette tough Clara about the circle of life…oh boy that could not have ended well

It did not!

Clara is very sensitive and hates it when people bring up death or anything sad.

Which is weird because she loves skeletons and ghost stories.

Oddette didn't mean to upset Clara, she was just explaining the lion king.

But she apologized for doing so after Clara had calmed down.

Odette seem to be into science and having a mad scientist kind vibe to her. and I can see Odette have a lab where she do science experiments with chemicals and stuff but do you think Odette would play with Science Kits when she in a middle headspace or just to play with Clara where the science experiments are a bit more simple and where there no potentially dangerous chemicals?

She is a science kid!

Carmilla bought her some science kits and even let's her perform safe supervised experiments in the kitchen! She's so proud of her middle!

Zestial will often ask her about her experiments and research, and she'll explain them in great detail as he nods along playfully.

She also loves teaching Clara about things! Answering all her little questions about people and nature.

She taught her about the circle of life...

Clara eventually stopped crying, she's fine!

Is Odette best girl?

Of course she is! 💕💕💕

Odette is the absolute sweetest! She's very logically driven and she has the biggest heart ever! ❤️
