About 200 people dead, over 4500 Hectares of crops flooded, about 400 houses ruined and 700 domestic animals killed; not mention damaged roads, buildings, water pipes and electricity grids/collapsed poles. These are scary numbers of #disasters which are raging in #rwanda due to heavy rain and landslides. It's times like these which remind us of the need of everyone's action to preserve the #environment by planting #trees, to practice #environment conscience and sustainable #development activities: agriculture, habitation planning, and infrastructure, etc. #unhabitat #midmar #unenvironment #igihe #rwanda (at Rwanda)
