I hate how DC (and of lot of other content creators and networks) only have women lgbt rep. And I get that rep is rep bug GUYS CAN HAVE HEALTH GAY RELATIONSHIPS TOO. Like there are a lot of a list characters (ivy, Harley, Catwoman) who are lgbt, but all of the lgbt men are irrelevant and obscure. And like it’s such ah easy fix like make one of the batboys gay in canon so there’s a prominent lgbt male character and they can keep their precious hetero justice league

I can think of several male lgbt DC characters off the top of my head.

Midnighter and Apollo are happily married and/or dating (depends on the timeline you wanna go with)

John Constantine is openly bisexual

Larry Trainor was bisexual too, although this is specifically on the Doom Patrol show and since he grew up in the 40s he had to deal with lots of homophobia so he hid it

Jackson Hyde is gay (better known as Kaldur’ahm and Aqualad)

Hartley Rathway (Pied Piper, who is so goddamn iconic he leveled Apokolypse with a QUEENS SONG) is openly gay, and he’s in a long term relationship with the goddamn police chief of Central City (iconic of him)

As for the Robins... Hell, the Batclan in general, they ain’t straight 😂 you cant tell me they are I won’t believe you. DC is just in denial over the truth
