The recipe for Mıhlama that can be given to babies starting from the 12th month has been tested and approved by our experts for babies to eat.Mıhlama (a traditional Turkish dish) for babies:Ingredients:- 1 cup cornmeal - 2 cups water - 1 cup milk - 2 tbsp unsalted butter - Pinch of salt - In a large nonstick pan, combine the cornmeal, water, milk, butter, and salt. - Stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble (about 10-15 minutes). - Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy (about 5-7 minutes). - Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving to your baby.Note: Be sure to let the mıhlama cool down to a safe temperature before serving to your baby.
