What makes me laugh about Ch. 1 Update is that while the Ink Machine's new design looks absolutely gorgeous it also amps up its disturbing nature. "Yeah, you probably shouldn't go near it," but there goes Henry, turning everything on. You're not a cat, Henry. You don't have 9 lives.

It is possible, it just... it feels weird that Eclipsa would do that, with the characterization that the show has been building up on her. Also her motto:
“Every knowledge is good knowledge”.
But i admit its possible that she erased her own memories of Festivia being her daughter. But if thats the case i would suspect its even more tragic. What if Festivia was older and already the Queen when Eclipsa meets her monster hubby?
What if Festivia was anger at was her mother was doing, and thought she was putting the kingdom on harm? What if its Festivia the one that deleted the memories of herself from her mother’s brain, wishing for Eclipsa to never return to mewni?
Those are a lot of what ifs but i am affraid they are just conjetures hehe.
In any case i see this more likely than Eclipsa erasing her own memories, but i dont really know. And it still doesnt explain the... weirdness of that Scroll.
I am not a fan of the idea of Eclipsa abandoning her Mewman daughter willingly, i love her too much :(. But he idea of Festivia being her daughter and erasing Eclipsa memories? Know thats more interesing to me!
