As excited as I am for young avengers I will never forgive the mcu for the erasure of Afro-Latina America Chavez. This is my soap box and I will scream from it until I die. America Chavez is an Afro-Latina who identifies as Puerto Rican in almost all variations and they should have cast her as such. Her being Afro-Latina was representation that matters and Marvel basically said we don't believe in dark skinned mix raced people. And as someone who has always identified with America it still hurts. Not to mention she should be around the same age as Kate, so not only did they erase her having a Latina and a black mom but they also made her way younger. I know they won't but it would be so nice if they fixed that.

Sometimes when i hear someone say "that's not Yuri, it's subtext at best" or some nonsense like that i think about how silly it sounds to say "the sky isn't blue, it's a reflection of the ocean"

Fuckin live a little and enjoy how pretty the blue skies are and the girls looking at each other longingly like the aren't about to pounce on each other the moment they're off screen/page

Been increasingly annoyed with the Twiyors on twitter lately. Now that I'm pretty much free from my shackles, I have no drive to art them at this moment.

I will just hide for a while and reset myself after my Disney trip this weekend.

People are claiming that Kyoya is canonly gay. No, no, he's not.

The manga...Bisco Hatori, really...never, ever, ever stated anywhere that Kyoya was canonly gay. I don't think she ever stated anywhere in the manga if the large majority of the characters were LGBT. The only canonly LGBT character is Ranka, who is actually bi. There's also Kaoru's case, but I honestly can't remember if Bisco Hatori said that he's canonly gay or if she changed it. Haruhi might be heavily implied that she's non-binary (but ngl, I can't remember).

But other than them, none of the other host club members or side/supporting characters have been canonly stated as LGBT.

So no, Kyoya is not canonly gay, people. You can headcanon that he is, or headcanon that he's asexual or whatever...I headcanon that he's bi, mainly because the manga pretty much kinda implies that he's into both guys and girls.

But that's all that is: headcanon! Not actually canon! Please, research the difference and then keep it mind.

Okay so-

I started at a new location at work, since I just moved so I transferred.

Well, it's near the end of my shift and a guy is flirting with the cashiers, trying to get some sort of fucking validation in his life, idfk and idfc. Well, he comes up to me and starts the bullshit with me. I'm uninterested and frankly, I speak spanish, I know what he was saying about my coworkers and I'm angry and disgusted.

So this guy gets angry and calls me a dyke after I check him out then storms out of the store.

I'm lowkey ????

Like what the fuck do you expect for being a douche????

Anyways, that's the end of my work story for the night.
