can i tinfoil hat for a moment? the shot of mike looking from the frozen demo to will doesnt really fit the show's cinematography style. the other shots in this sequence are static reverse of the characters. it goes [character] then [demogorgon with the characters dirtying the peripheral] (sans later close ups for drama).
except for what mike sees. his wide is the same as the others' wide, but when we actually see what he's seeing, it's a straight up mike POV like the camera moves as if it's his head or eyes locking in on will. it's a cool shot, i'm really into it. but it's notable, but not exactly bc its feel out of place; it's pointed and different. kind of akin to these shots.
