Some signs spotted around Night Vale and Desert Bluffs.
No one is entirely certain where the ski trail or the lake... pond... thing rich with foliage came from, but science, and the Secret Police are currently investigating.

No one is entirely certain where the ski trail or the lake... pond... thing rich with foliage came from, but science, and the Secret Police are currently investigating.
Between caution and curiosity, the curiosity will always win out eventually.

The Secret Box
There is something scientifically interesting in the love that parents have for their children, and in the love that children have for their parents.
Mikhail knows this, and he’s studied the science behind it, but he doubts he’ll ever see it from the side of the parent in his personal life. He doubts very strongly that he’ll ever have children, though not due to a lack of interest in them, but a lack of time, and attention. Even more, he wishes sometimes, that he had seen more of it with his own parents.
He had always been an incredibly self-sufficient child, and his parent just hadn’t understood him, he was smart, and had an interest in scient, and looking into this game that in Night Vale, were just taken as they were. They had loved him of course, and he had loved them, but they weren’t close when he was young, and the divide only got larger after he left to university.
Even if he wanted to go about bridging that gap, Mikhail isn’t certain how he would ever even start.
