When Carla fall in love with Grisha she really thinks that Grisha was her soulmate but she was wrong. Grisha loves her but not as much as he loved Dina. For Grisha it's took a lot of time to start to love Carla (more as a friend than wife) but Carla it's took a little bit to fall in love with Grisha. Grisha married Carla just because Eren tell him to start a new life and to get a new family but if Eren didn't tell it to Grisha, he never married a woman again because he loved Dina to much. Grisha cared about Carla but as much as Dina. He was happy that he married Carla and had a baby with her but he was happier when he married Dina.

Niccolo started to date others girls after some years from Sasha's death even he believed that Sasha was the only one for him but the true was that he dated girls because he was searching for a girl similar to Sasha to marry and start a family with her but he never found one because nobody make him feel like Sasha does and after a while he give up at the idea of dating because he's tired to search for someone like Sasha

Jean is slowly giving up at his love for Mikasa because she never have a romantic interest in him. Seeing Mikasa always at Eren's grave make him feel sad and that's why he give up at Mikasa because she will always love Eren and not someone else

Reiner barely thinks about Bertolt after the war ended because it's make him feel sad and guilty because of Bertolt's death. To be honest I think that the friendship between Reiner and Bertolt was not meant to last forever, probably if Bertolt didn't die, him and Reiner end up not talking with each other like they used to do on Paradise

It's took a lot for Armin to tell to Mikasa that he and Annie are a couple and love each other. And it was hard to tell her that he found the love of his life and it's happy because she will never experience true love because Eren is death
