TL,DR: Unnamed donut company (Dunkin.) is threatening/is suing rufflebutt_cosplay for her popular Donut Miku cosplay.
Think of the legal precedent this will create. If somehow Dunkin wins this case, then crossover Miku's, and crossover cosplays, may not be protected under parody law.
Protect cosplay. Protect cosplayer rights. The right to have fun can and should exist.
