Okay. I've chilled out and thought a lot more. Currant plan is to go in Thursday (my day off, before I'm scheduled 6 days in a row) and talk to personel or a different member of management, whoever is there about Manager Y and why I'm uncomfortable with going to work anymore. I want to let them know I don't feel welcome in my workplace anymore, that that's not okay, and it's causing me extreme distress in and out of work, and I'm not being respected as I should be. I am Phenomonal at what I do. I really am. I just have rare times when I need a 5 minute breather, or you know, one of those 15 minute breaks I'm Required to get by Walmart Policy, so I can get myself together. I'd even go as far to call this a reasonable accomodation as described by the American Disability Act, which I've already discussed with the other CSMs and have had a great system going with, whereas Manager Y has been extremely disrespectful of and has caused me Great Distress with her frequently hypocritical and disrespectful comments. I don't use the word ableist very often but Wowie she really is ableist and doesn't understand (and doesn't Want to understand) that mental illness is also a kind of disability, I don't cry on purpose, I don't get stressed on purpose either, and neglecting to give my the breaks I earned and blaming me when I break down after hours and hours of Stress is Not Exactly My Fault and I'm not trying to be a bad person.
I'm...hopefully going to continue going to work, and make it a HUGE point to flaunt how many compliments I get and theft I prevent in Manager Y's face, and I'm going to talk to my doctor and Sedgwick and get my accomodations ammended for short breaks when I'm stressed and maybe even better hours if I'm able. She can't go against Sedgwick for fear of being struck down by Sam Walmart himself, and the worst she can do after that is be A Big Jerk. But quite frankly I'm just WAY TOO ANGRY to let her Win at this point. I don't want to give her the satisfaction of seeing me quit.
So instead I'll try talking to someone soon, and maybe just. Continue with my life. That'd be really great. Been thinking a lot and realized she probably doesn't like me much anyway 'cause I've missed so much work (again, about 2 days a month plus two extended leaves in previous months due to Major Badness) yet I'm still here, and that I'm one of the few people who's called her out to her face on her own BS. But hey, at least the last time I did that I managed to get her to change my hours Mon-Thu to 7-4 so there's that at least. And maybe I can talk to personel and my doctor and make that better too. Whooo knows.
Anyway that's the plan. Might delete the Anxious Not Good posts, they're really messin with the good vibes. Gotta be more Positive. I can't let Sam Walmarts win.
Okay, I'm going to try to sleep now.
Hopefully I want oversleep and miss another exam. I'm already screwed, but there's no real sense making it any worse. Whatever.
After tomorrow I'm done.
Maybe if I'm lucky (and I ever finish my transfer applications) I'll be able to pull off one hell of an amazing interview and actually get into another school to prove to everyone that I'm not a complete fucking idiot, but we'll see.
We'll see.
