Reassured
This week, we had to track our caloric intake using the iPod Touch. I also found out this week that I was gluten-intolerant and had to stop eating processed sugar and sugar substitute. At first, I was completely upset. I didn't want to have to limit my diet, especially at school. As I began to write down all the different foods I could still eat, I began to feel so much better. I was going to be fine! There are so many foods I can still eat. This weekend, I had Chipotle; I know I'll be able to stick with this new way of life. I'm glad I did this mile exercise!
