ONE MORE DAY! ...Tomorrow we go to Neverland. 😭🙌🏻💫 Today's feature goes out to the one and only @thereal_miley_tinythunder who is the lead in this video. I could probably write an entire book about how talented Miley is, and how much I adore her and her mom @therealmomma_thunder. (I talk about how we met in my recent "Why I'm going to Neverland" vlog FYI so feel free to watch that to hear the whole story!) I've had the joy of getting to see Miley grow from an adorable, rambunctious 4 year old cosplayer into a poised, graceful, intuitive (and yes, still adorable and rambunctious 😉) 9 year old actress. Miley has such a gift for acting- it's innate and so natural in her. I feel so lucky and honored to have her be a part of this project. She has always been talented, but it's hard to describe just how impressed & overjoyed I was to get to see her use her gift in this video and to witness firsthand just how much her talent has grown! I've been so blessed by the friendship I have with her & her mom Darleen (who is also immensely talented I might add- runs in the family! 😉) They both sacrificed so much of their time & talent to this project, and I will be forever grateful! (Btw Darleen made Tiger Lily's dress for the video too!) I knew back when I first met them that if & when I ever got to make this music video that I wanted Miley to play this part. It took a long time, but I am so happy it all worked out exactly the way it did! It happened in God's perfect timing- He knew best! 🙌🏻 I'll never forget meeting Miley way back when at Disneyland for the 1st time, and she was in a Wendy dress, because she told me she loved this song. She once stood onstage with me at a charity event and performed the entire song with me, word for word. This was totally meant to be, and it's her time to shine! I can't wait for you all to see her beautiful performance tomorrow. It brought me to tears. Thank you again Miley and Darleen, for going to Neverland with me and for making this fairytale come alive for all of us this Christmas.
