Some woman came in yesterday with the most bursting collection of milk I've ever seen a single person buy.

Milk beyond the rim of the basket, the baby seat, under the god damn cart.

Full ass gallons too. The whole pasture in this one cart.

I look over when she calls for me (the closest Courtesy Clerk) to help her out, and next to ANOTHER cart packed beyond the rim with other grocery bags, was the designated milk cart.

I actually trail off in my response, genuinely stupefied by the sheer amount of diary being carried by someone who DOESN'T work there.

As I was pushing the bag cart out, I say "i have to ask. Why. Why so much milk"

So she does insta-cart. Which is....Something that involves shopping for someone else, right? She doesn't entirely know where this literal mountain of calcium is going.

That.

That is the most terrifying thing to me.

I don't know if I wish to meet them one day or not.
