I Made 9 Cheeses From One Recipe | Milkslinger
This person is so fun to watch, her enthusiasm & creativity amazing. I like how she is not so precious about her cheese process bc she expects to fail a lot, and how she calls it cheese making adventures. She is so whimsical about her productivity :D The extent of my cheese knowledge is the older has a more complex after taste, which is my preference to younger cheese, where the punch is front loaded at the start of the bite. I never thought of making cheese as an actual possibility until milksinger came along, now I want a cheese cave lol..
In summary, bacteria and mold are essential ingredients in cheesemaking, working together to create a wide variety of flavors, textures, and appearances. The specific microbes used influence the final product, from the sharp, tangy cheddar to the creamy, bloomy rind of brie.

Sandwich Artistry at it's Finest | Adventure Time
I've never watched this series other than that one time at NYE, host was on a mission to increase the fan base for this show while we waited for everyone to arrive, still not sold on it being all that great.
