What do you think about Frank Miller changing Batman's personality into a darker and edgier one?

Frank Miller's only good deed was creating Carrie Kelley :') which sucks because I think Dark Knight Returns is actually pretty good. Back then it was groundbreaking. Now... I think it aged poorly.

The Millerverse after is so, so, so, so *bad* it feels almost a parody or as if Miller had just lost it (he did, there's no way he didn't after Saint Terror or Ronin. They're so BAD). On itself, Returns is okay, but then we have jewels like:

Bruce deaging himself so he can flirt with Carrie (what the real fuck)

Bruce having sex with Dinah next to a pile of corpses (lmao)

Bruce kidnapping Dick and making him hunt rats to feed himself and calling him a retard.

"I'M THE GODDAM BATMAN"

I... Can't even start to describe the plot of Dark Knight Strikes Again. It's not considered the worst comic ever done lightly.

In short, Old Man Miller should never touch Bruce again thanks it's time he retire.
