After reading your recent platonic Bee thing, it reminded me of a platonic idea I've had for a bit.

I was thinking a very distant and cold but not necessarily rude reader working at I.M.P. as a relatively new hire. Despite the others attempts at bonding, they always avoid any real attempts at bonding or getting to know one another. Reader likely has similar issues to Loona and Blitzo, feeling unlovable. Essentially reader finally starts to let them in towards the end, finally accepting their place in I.M.P.s little "family," maybe during Sinsmas?

Ideally reader would be a gn or male sinner, but of course it'd probably be pretty easy to simply leave ambiguous, I don't mind either way. Thanks for your time!

New hire

★ At your first day with the company, you established firm boundaries. No chatter, no emotions, just work. But you couldn't have known how Blitzø treats his employees. Like it or not, he's going to treat you like family.

★ Blitz ignored your wishes, and tried getting you to hangout outside of work. You refused to put up with him without getting paid. So he did just that. Giving you 50$ to watch movies with him. During a commercial break he orders pizza. Letting you choose the toppings you want.

★ Unlike her dad, Loona wasn't concerned about if you like her or not. The only way she acknowledged you was with a quick glance. Maybe a rare eyeroll if you asked her for help with something. “Yeah, whatever." Was the first thing she said to you.

★ Millie is always warm towards you. She brings you coffee in the morning, having memorized your go-to order. Allowing you to open up at your own pace. Even though you don't want anything other than a professional working relationship.

★ If you stay distant she accepts it, but that doesn’t mean she’ll treat you like a outsider. To her your part of the team. Whether you like it or not. Good luck convincing her otherwise.

★ Moxxie was more formal. And assumed that he needs to earn your respect. For awhile he referred to you with your full name only. At least until you told him to stop. Out of everyone, you worked with him the best.

★ He appreciates how you communicate things to him clearly. You’re efficient and focused. Making you one of the only reliable people in I.M.P. And Moxxie lets you know what he thinks of you. "At least someone around here knows how to do their job."

★ You still tried to keep your distance. This job will go to shit eventually. Like everything else you've been a part of. Blitz was a decent boss, sure. But that cant stop the world from ruining everything. It's just a matter of time.

★ The turning point for you was sinsmas. You actually showed to Blitzø's party. Without being bribed. At that moment you realize, damnit, you got attached. The group grew on you, like some kind of parasitic infection.

★ You live in the damn walls. It's the only explanation to how you keep getting inside. You aren't a threat. Can hardly be called a nuance. But it's the principal! If they let you stay, then another freeloader might try to loiter. That couldn't be good for business.

★ Your daily routine includes walking around the building, stopping to get a cup of water in the break room and then you make a b-line to the corner of the meeting room. Where you sit on the floor and do whatever it is you feel like doing.

★ Loona has tripped over you before. You where sitting on the floor, how was she supposed to see you? It will most likely happen again.

★ She has a well hidden soft spot for you. Probably because you are pretty quiet and the only one at the office with her when everyone else is out on a hit. There's a pair of noise cancelling headphones for you inside her desk.

★ After, like, the seventh time he shoos you away Bltzø decided that it's easier to keep you around then keep kicking you out. As long as you keep the office relatively clean and don't snoop around his desk drawers.

★ Millie likes the quiet company. When you first started loitering, she asked if you really didn't have anything better to do. Apparently, you didn't because you're still here.

★ She actually didn't care about your trespassing. Honestly, she thought it was really funny seeing Blitzø get bent out of shape when you kept finding your way into the building.

★ When Moxie is bored enough he plays "pass the ball" with you. You just take turns rolling one of his stress balls to each other. To him it's a glorified time waster. To you it might as well be the Superbowl. 10/10 very fun 👌

★ You steal from Moxie, nobody else, just him. Not anything big! Just a few small things he probably writes off as just going missing. A pair of sunglasses, his coffee mug and other things of that nature.

★ Sometimes Blitzø has you do random tasks when everyone else is busy. Usually, its something small like a coffee run or mopping up the floor. Still don't get paid for it! But you could easily say "no" so it's not like he's forcing you.

★ You don't get paid for anything you do, for that matter. You "come into work" even though you're not an employee, you're a creature. You just sorta hang out kind of like a house plant.

Hi! Are you up to writing some headcanons for Moxxie and Millie being concerned for a quiet and overly forgiving reader who is feeling conflicted because they have a crush on Striker but also wants to punch him? Like reader knows what he did, and are angry about it, but their crush hasn't gone away, and they have a track record of giving people way too many second chances?

I'm okay with writing pretty much anything! As long as it follows my rules :)

Millie and Moxie & Reader who has feelings for striker

★ Oh no. No, no, no! Neither of them like this! Striker was bad news and only achieved in pissing everyone off, you should not be trying to associate with him.

★ Yes he was not a nice person, but that doesn't mean people can't change? Actually, no. Don't even try to befriend the cowboy assassin. No matter how good of an idea you think it might be. He can and will take advantage of you.

★ Millie might have a "girl talk" with you about what you like about him. Also a talk about red flags. She's actually genuinely curious about what you see in Striker. No judgement, she just questions your taste level sometimes.

★ Moxie is just concerned about you, are you good? Seriously, are you okay? Being attracted to someone who literally tried to kill him is a bit off putting.

★ I feel like if you tried to befriend him you would end up being taken advantage of. Striker would probably use you to get closer to Stolas, or to steal his grimoire from Blitzø.

Millie and/or Moxxie (I can never spell his name right) with a teenage reader who is new to the company and just just generally new to killing?? like how Moxxie was in the first episode. and they like help them get used to it?? (gn pref but any pronouns work ^^)

Confession: I still need to goggle the names of some characters I write for because I forget how to spell.

★ Even though some (cough cough Moxie) think you should be focusing on school instead of killing people, you are a good shot. As long as you get all your school work done you are allowed to tag along with them.

★ Moxxie gives you little pep talks before you go on a assignment while millie gives you pointers and constructive criticism. Both of them are really good at training you for everyone possible outcome.

★ Millie pulled you aside at some point to tell you the story of how Moxxie got them cought by cabalistic satanist. Don't tell Moxxie.

★ If you screw something up, don't worry about it too much. This job has a learning curve and being a skilled killer doesn't come naturally to (most) people. You just gotta be patient!

I was wondering if you could do a mom and dad Millie Moxxie and Blitzø (separate)with their child that’s like a totally a daddy’s girl that wants be like them when they grow up and just looks up to them so much and just mimic the things they do and how would they feel about it 🥹

Awwh this one's really cute. Also it's funny that I wrote half of this while hiding from my manager in the bathroom :)

★ Nobody is surprised that this guy adopted another child. But unlike his first born she actually shows affection without hurting him! Yes, he refers to Loona as his "first born."

★ He wants to spoil her and give her the things he didn't get as a child. Whenever he isn't working or with Stolas he's bringing her to the best daycare centers in hell and playing along with her games.

★ While we are on that note, Blitz sometimes has trouble saying no to his kid. Can you really blame him? He just can't say no when she's asking him with puppy eyes (something Loona taught her)

★ Before anyone asks, he would absolutely play dress up with her. It ends up with him dressed in full drag just because he can. (He's always looking for a excuse to cross dress)

★ You can see the hearts in his eyes when she starts to mimic his behavior. Half the time he keeps her around him, not including when he's in the human realm.

★ Hate to say it but he would be a helicopter parent. But for good reasons.

★ I feel like after Blitzø and Fizz begin to reconnect Blitzø introduces her to his childhood best friend. Just imagine Fizz putting on a little performance for her and Blitz joining in 🥺

Moxxie and Millie

★ Millies going to be a little disheartened if her kid ends up preferring Moxxie, but she'll get over it. She still loves her the same and even finds the similarities between the two pretty cute.

★ If she grows up to have the same interests in guns and weaponry that Moxxie has, he's glad to teach her. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Moxxie will be teaching gun safety.

★ Guns are not toys and he wants that to be engraved in his kids mind. There is so many ways that firearms can go wrong. He'd be very passionate about gun safety.

★ When Millie and Moxxie can't watch her they call Ms. Mayberry to babysit because she was a teacher when alive and has credentials. If they are going to be out of town for a few days Millie asks her parents to watch her.

★ ....She gets spoiled rotten by her grandparents, being Lin and Joe's first grandchild and all that.

Blitzø

★he likes you! You're practically a lap dog with how many head pats he gives you. Oh and you remember that one scene where he try's to give loona a treat? The same thing happened to you, but you take the treats from him for doing a good job.

★Blitzø considers you a good influence for Loona because of how you're cheery demeanor rubs off on her. Now whenever he coddles her in public Loona only gives him a death glare.

★Overall you have a pretty good (Plutonic) relationship with your boss, he likes how you bring a chill/playful vibe to the office. He usually cuts you some slack when it comes to actually doing work.

Millie

★Millie likes to play fetch with you, but instead of using a stick like a normal person she uses a axe or hatchet. She practices her throw on trees and you chase the hatchet and bring it back to her so she can throw it again, it's a win-win!

★She would definitely invite you to a girl's night out with her and Loona. Even if you're a guy or nonbinary, she isn't going to sweat the details. The night includes going out to eat and possibly visiting a bar.

★Speaking of Loona, she definitely sees a change in her with you around. Maybe it's just wishful thinking but she hopes you keep doing whatever it is you're doing that's making her calm down.

Moxxie

★You are the only person at I.M.P other than Millie who actually treats him like a respectable adult. Because of this he considers you to be good company.

★You have a 50/50 chance of him saying yes to one of your hugs. Sometimes he doesn't really want to be touched and other times he just needs a hug to calm down. Just make shure you ask him first.

★Moxxie really likes working with you because if how chipper you are, it makes time pass much faster. How could he not want to work with you?

a got another ^_^ for y/n hellhound. y/n ask millie and blitzo for a tag team battle, for example when millie used her axe and threw her axe the opponent and when the axe hit the enemy y/n just used his mouth/hand to attack enemies and return to millie, its called "fetch attack" for blitzo when y/n used his earring to detect where the enemy and tell blitzo where is it while y/n went the other side to attack both side, its called "connect 2 attack" (I got expired by playing mario and luigi rpg game for team attack)

I really like the idea of Loona being a big sister to the reader because it just seems so cute!

Helluva boss crew X Pup!reader fighting hc's

★You don't get to go out with Blitz, Millie and Moxxie that often but when you do Loona is almost always by your side. She's a somewhat decent teacher when it comes to things that involve other hell hounds. Keep in mind that she's mostly going off instinct and tells you to do the same.

★You are definitely being carried in a backpack like how Millie was in truth seeker, but you can zip up the bag and fit inside if you get sleepy or scared. Just Imagine blitz carrying you around imp city in his bag then pulling you out when he gets to the office!

★You're currently being taught proper gun safety by Moxxie, along with lessons on how to clean and treat wounds. He used to worry about you when Blitz would bring you along on killings, but after seeing how protective Blitz and Loona are when it comes to you he figured you were safe.
