16. What was the N7 programme like for Shepard? She was forced into it by her Aunt Hannah very quickly, since there was a family reputation to uphold. On her first day of N1 she breaks down in tears, her parents deaths and time in slavery were still fresh wounds, she was exhausted from boot camp, only just turned 18 and it had all become too much. An officer approaches her, introduced himself as Dave and comforts her, motivates her, and gets her back into the programme. He vouches for her, which lets her retake the test and pass with flying colours, ushering her up into N2.
After rising through to N6 impressively quickly, she’s invited to N7 school. Here, she meets a fellow recruit named Cloete, a very kind woman who strongly believes in the power of teamwork, and Kai Leng for the first time. They instantly spark up an intense rivalry.
During the month long series of tests, she is; pushed out of an airplane thinking she didn’t have a parachute, survives 3 days in the Amazon Rainforest with no supplies, orienteers through the Himalayas, free dives in the Arctic circle, and finally are chained to an asteroid for 3 days with an oxygen supply that will only last 2.
Realising the ‘gravity’ of the situation, Cloete has a panic attack. Millie tries to help her, but realising Cloete was wasting precious oxygen she presses the forfeit button on Cloete’s suit and rips the oxygen tank from ger back. Cloete is immediately rescued, and Millie and Kai Leng pass the final test using Cloetes spare oxygen, though Millie is filled with guilt for this act for many years afterwards since Cloete was her friend and trusted her. They finally meet again during the Citadel coup in ME3, ironically at the same time they meet Kai Leng again too.
30. Who’s got the biggest crush on Shepard? Conrad Verner. A little bit Liara. But ultimately Joker, who Millie has a big old crush on right back.
50. What is Shepards ending? Destroy!!!!! Always pick Destroy!!!!!!! She’s very determined, she started her mission to wipe out the Reapers all those years ago, and that’s what she’s gonna do, god damnit!
The Starchild definitely tries to convince her not to, attempting to indoctrinate her and making her see important people in her life telling her not to, but she’s a bad bitch and she can’t be stopped.
