Today is Tuesday!  That means we get another new chapter of this marvelous story!  Who knew we would have a reason to celebrate Tuesdays?  ;-)  Seriously, if you haven’t read this yet, read it right away.  Milner is one of the very best writers in this fandom.

Be sure to check out this terrific one-shot centered on Amar and George’s wedding that honors the landmark Supreme Court decision legalizing gay marriage.  It is a beautiful tribute to love in general.  Besides, there are FourTris babies (well, a 7 year old and a teen, but still).

Any good au fanfic recs? I find that I gravitate more towards au and I already read Reparation and I loved it.

Thank you for this question!  I also enjoy AU stories a lot.  Reparation is an excellent one, as is that author’s other story, Worth a Thousand Words.  I will list some of my favorite AUs below.  Hopefully some of these will be new to you. 

My absolute favorite AU is mugglesarah’s masterpiece work-in-progress Bitter Cold.  I can’t adequately describe this story other than to say it is just beautiful, perfect, romantic and the best there is.  If you haven’t read it, drop everything and read it now. 

Be sure to check out Milner’s three amazing AU stories. The First Time is a series of one-shots set in the modern world.  Making A Memory and it’s sequel A Collection of Memories are must reads for any FourTris fan.  Besides, Milner is one of the sweetest, most generous people around.  :)

Tips is one of my favorite AUs and is a long one-shot.  I absolutely love it.

Windchimed has written two AU one-shots, Intrusion and the brilliant Waiting.  Both are great, but Waiting is now one of my all time favorite fan fics ever. 

Coffee or Books is a truly delightful three chapter AU story by TheaWrites. 

Two of my favorite AUs that are still being updated are yabooklover’s Sixteeth Summer and Jaded.  They are vastly different, but both beautifully written.  

Sweet Revenge and American Honey by honey2502 are classics Divergent fan fics and so much fun to read.  Sweet Revenge is a WIP, but the other is finished.

Another AU that I enjoy a lot and is still be updating is Take Care.  It does have triggery-subject matter, though, so be ware.

Once In Your Life is a series of meet-cute AU one shots set in modern world. 

The author m1129 has written numerous AU stories.  My favorite is First and Last.  Crash Landing is also an enjoyable read.  Both are M-rated.

Do you know of an M fic where Tobias and Tris stay in Abnegation? I love Divergent in Abnegation but was wondering if there was one a little more frisky. ;-)

Well, this proved to be harder than I thought.  There are lots of Tris and/or Tobias stay in Abnegation stories on my favorites list, but none of them are M-rated.  I can only offer the following three options, but they do not fit your description exactly.  Tris may have stayed in Abnegation, but Tobias is actually factionless, or they don’t remain in Abnegation throughout the whole story.   The final one is M-rated, and does fit your description of both staying in Abnegation, but the author hasn’t gotten to the M-rated scenes yet.  

Milner’s Whatever It Takes is an amazing and beautifully written story.  Be sure to read it right away, if you haven’t already.  

Lola Bleu’s into the blood we sink and burn is only a two chapter story, but it packs a whole lot of emotion, angst and smut into those chapters.  

Choices by thefactionlessauthor is a WIP, but so far, is very good.  

If you want other Tris or Tobias stay in Abnegation (at least for part of it) stories, but that are not M-rated, I can offer the following:
