I also updated the lore for this au:)

So basically, this takes place after Yuna’s death.

She was so heartbroken by her death that she ran away the first chance she got after receiving the kimono they made once Yuna’s haori was restored.

Her necklace was fashioned from a small chunk of Yuna’s copper hand guard on her katana.

She tried to stay strong because she didn’t want to leave Tanjiro to grieve on his own, but she just couldn’t.

When she ran away she was so overcome with grief and guilt that she didn’t notice Muzan approaching her as she cried under a large tree.

His intent was to kill her to get to Tanjiro but due to her being a yokai she survived the normally fatal dose of blood he gave the distracted Milo.

Her being a yokai also helped escape Muzan’s control and it’s also a contributing factor in why she’s upper moon 5 already.

She’s not under his control though so that’s why the kanji in her eyes are faded.

Alright so- I already explained a bit how the ranking system works and stuff but Ima go more in depth here:)

So your rank in power is based on the color of your mark (the lighter it is the more powerful you are).

Your class is based on the shape of your mark.

For example, Milo’s mark is heart shaped and is light purple so she’s like, a really powerful love angel.

Her magic type is starlight magic, which has been passed down through her family for generations.

Her magic allows her to touch stars and she can harness their energy to make really powerful attacks.

She’s also a neko yokai but that’s unaffected by the ranking and class systems.

You’re given your class and rank after taking a series of tests that vary in difficulty when you turn 12 years old.

In this au, instead of fighting demons, the villains are evil witches and wizards who didn’t like their results from the testing.

Milo’s uncle is one of those wizards (lol rip).

Instead of the demon slayer corps, it’s the adventurers guild (yes, like from fairytale, i couldn’t think of anything else to call it💀)

The hashiras are the strongest of all the witches and wizards.

Milo is one of them:) (so is Basil-)

So since Milo is a love angel, one of the special powers she has is helping people fall in love.

She can communicate with the people telepathically to help them and give them advice.

She can’t help herself in the love department though- that’s what Basil is for, they gonna fall in love and be super oblivious- (i need to stop, this isn’t a basilmilo post)

She can also help with platonic love.

Basically, she helps people with relationships no matter if they’re platonic or romantic.

The final au of 2023🥺

Alright so this is the Milo Kocho au.

Basically, Shinobu and Kanae saved her from her uncle when she was younger and they raised her.

They found out about her healing abilities and allowed her to help take care of injured slayers.

She passes out after a lot of healing though so they don’t let her do any more healing after a certain point so she can rest.

There are certain people she bends that rule for though (@kimetsu-chan and @aceofstars0 hehe y’all know~).

In this au she’s even more of a pacifist than she already is.

She hates that she has to take breaks after healing a lot.

That’s why she bends the rule for a certain 2 people😏.

It’s Yuna and Basil btw-

She and Basil grew up together.

Basil was taken in first.
