blame it on citta [intro]
“What the-” The young redhead’s mouth was aghast as she took in the brand new surroundings. You would think that one would get used to waking up in a whole different place after traveling to a separate dimension. But nope. It was still as disorientating as ever.
“Well. At least it isn’t as confusing as the digital world.” She stated as some passerby walked along the streets. "Just some normal city."
"Rika-" The female voice was weak though it still held a warning tone.
Rika's head whipped quickly to face who made the sound. "Renamon, what's wrong?!" She asked, her face filled with worry. Renamon's face had a wash of concern and deep thought. Her gloved paw was clenched up in a fist.
"Don't worry, Rika. I believe I'm fine. Just- I feel weaker, somehow."
"Weaker?!" She repeated, though not as calm as her partner. Truth was that the preteen was close to panicing. If those scientists did some weird experiments with Renamon, then she wouldn't know what to do! "What do you mean? How do you know?" Instinctively, her hand found her D-Power clipped onto her belt like it always was. Internally, she let out a breath of relief, she at least still had her digivice with her.
"I can't explain. I just know." Rika didn't like that answer but she took anyways. "We mustn't underestimate this place." Rika closed her eyes and nodded, taking Renamon's insight.
"Let's go." She said, starting to follow the sidewalk to who knows where. In her head, Renamon echoed a 'Are you positive I should be just walking around in plain sight?' which the girl singsongly but tauntingly called out, out loud, "Come on, Renamon, let's go." Rika was at the point of not caring anymore. Who cares if people see a yellow bipedal fox walking around?
