Digitober day 19 - Mimicmon
Digimon Beatbreak Episode 8 Review - Back To School
I consider this a bittersweet episode in that while Glowing Dawn did defeat the rogue Mimicmon, they had to hand it over to the Ministry of Civil Protection as Kawarazaki appeared at the end. They might have won, but the villains, the Ministry in this case, were the actual winners. Kyo’s dream of coexistence with the Digimon just took a few steps back in this episode… I honestly really liked the episode because of the whole “villain wins” situation.
Mimicmon :)
Episode 8 (The Vanishing Classroom): Does Gekkomon even need to evolve? He will, I mean if only to handle the abnormally powerful e-Pulse Tomoro has. And remember, this was just Mimicmon's limit, not Tomoro's.
Episode 9 preview: Look at Makoto in his cute hat. He's totally from Shangri-La Egg.
I got Mimicmon. Honestly one of the coolest designs for a new Digimon... but if I hadn't seen the official artwork, I'd be scratching my head trying to figure out what it was supposed to be.
A protective Mimicmon unafraid of ruining themselves and turning themselves in a virus digimon known for being problems even evil but all in the cause of protecting their weak tamer who they view as pure unlike them
A Protective Mimicmon keeping his Tamer safe from evil virus Digimon regardless of what happens to him
Mimicmon vowed to keep his Tamer safe. No matter what would happen to him. As long as his Tamer was safe then he'd take whatever would happen to him without a care. And he'd keep that promise, even if he became a Virus type as he contained them within himself.
He wouldn't let a single bad Digimon near his Tamer. No matter what it was, he would either contain them in his caged darkness if it was available, or he would handle them with his weapon that manifested from Digimon he had devoured prior.
Mimicmon has plenty of willpower, able to keep himself calm and contained should he feel any want for destruction rise. He had to keep his Tamer safe. They wouldn't be able to survive in the Digital World without him. And he needed to keep his promise to them. Their promise being the one thing he clings onto when he devours an exceedingly evil Digimon that tries to take over
His Tamer was the epitome of pure, and he wanted them to stay that way. Even if he took the brunt of the damage, he didn't care. He had to protect his Tamer. Keep them as safe as possible. It was his duty as their Digimon partner, and he'd do it till the very end if he had to. So long as his Tamer was protected...
Mimicmon always appreciates all the soft care his Tamer offers when he's clearly not doing well. He always has a bad feeling after containing an evil Digimon, and when his Tamer smiles at him and thanks him for keeping them safe, he can only offer what appears to be a smile and nod to them.
Mimicmon tries to not fully tear himself apart. He still has to protect his Tamer, and tries to take it steady. It can be tough, considering so many Digimon want to try and devour his Tamer -- even without being virus Digimon. But he'll hold true to his promise no matter what. Even if his Tamer can't stand to see Mimicmon in such a way. He was doing it for them! He had to keep them safe..!
