Sculpture traditionally identified as Minamoto no Yoritomo, the first shogun of the Kamakura period (1192–1333), made out of wood with pigment and inlaid crystal eyes, Japan, 13th-14th century. Tokyo National Museum (ID: C-1526).

Minamoto no Yoritomo (May 9, 1147 – February 9, 1199) was the founder and first shogun of the Kamakura shogunate, holding power from 1192 until his death in 1199. He was also the first shogun in Japanese history to exercise genuine, de facto authority over the country. His wife, Hōjō Masako, later served as regent (shikken).

A son of Minamoto no Yoshitomo, Yoritomo belonged to the distinguished Kawachi branch of the Seiwa Genji. Having secured his position as the rightful heir to the Minamoto clan, he rose in rebellion against the Taira in 1180 from his base in Kamakura, inaugurating the Genpei War. After five years of conflict, the Minamoto decisively defeated the Taira at the Battle of Dan-no-ura in 1185. Yoritomo subsequently entrenched the dominance of the samurai class and established the Kamakura bakufu, the first shogunate, centred on Kamakura. This ushered in Japan’s feudal era, which endured until the 17th century.

Zettai BL in Orv

The Zettai BL group is: Mobbu, Ayato, Toujou, Misato, Hatano, Yanagi, Minamoto, and Mayama(+ Omochi and Miiko)

The basic concept is :

that the world of zettai bl is one that constellations can go to, to watch various gay romances play out (there is a matching yuri world- the title of the Goddess is: Goddess of Absolute GL, her and the yaoi god are twins),

but since it has an improbably high happy ending rate it tends to cost more probability than it produces- so sometimes the God of Absolute BL has to send some of his denizens to a more ‘realistic’ world that’s opened up to the starstream, to earn him back probability

He selected Mobbu and those around him, because Mobbu is his current favorite toy and sending him to a scenario world meant GoABL could talk to him directly (even more so if Mobbu accepted him as his sponsor- which he did! On accident.)

And of course the earth he picked out just happened to be the one inhabited by a certain web novel lover, and the reason he placed them in Korea instead of Japan? GoABL sensed strong BL potential from the Korean group. Specifically from the train he put them on, albeit in a different car

Teru and Kou

I bet you guys remember this chapter, right? I was thinking about it the other day, and realized something.

Teru is unintentionally projecting the way he was parented on Kou in this chapter.

We all know that Teru has been doing exorcist work since he was very young. His father put a lot of pressure on him, making him to be the "perfect" son, both in exorcisms and at school. Teru doesn't want Kou to have to be bound by doing exorcisms and being perfect, thus why he has a soft spot for his brother.

That's why he keeps all of his thoughts about Kou being weak, and "playing hero" to himself.

But here, Teru says all those thoughts out loud. He believes his brother is "So much more helpful to him, back at home cooking dinner or something."

He dumbed down Kou to a housekeeper, just like his father dumbed him down to the "perfect son."

I genuinely hope we see Teru visibly get more clingy with Kou after this-

Getting anxious and stressed not seeing him-

Getting panicked when he hasn't seen him in awhile and no one can find him-

Getting anxious not being able to be around him-

And being very protective and trying to keep him around him more-

I would love to see it bc it would be really interesting and cool to see this actually affect his character and his relationship with Kou-

I think Kou would understand why his brother would be so clingy with him if he knew what happened tho if he didn't he would probably be confused bc even tho Teru IS protective and a little clingy I feel like it would definitely get a little overbearing after what happened bc Teru would be scared to lose Kou again and doesn't NOT wanna be there if he's in danger-

It could also make way for another possible minamoto fight where Teru breaks down about how he can't fail and lose him again-

Idk I think it would be very interesting bc I was really sad that we didn't see what happened to Teru in the Far Shore affect him and Kou more- so I REALLY wanna see the affects of this on Teru's character and even possibly Kou as well
