Noticed that many people in HL fandom had Sebastian Stan as their chosen celebrity in recent tag game.
Is it because they are...

Imagine Hogwarts Legacy Battle Arena but instead of fighting trolls, goblins and suchlike you have to play Gobstones against them using Chomping Cabbages instead of marbles. You can pick Zenobia Noke or Lucan Brattleby as your teammate. The one you didn't pick will comment on the game like the most sarcastic little gremlin ever.
P.S. Damn my visions, I need to learn how to draw ASAP because I want this in visual form
Throughout my life, I have watched cool people practice Yoga or Tai Chi on the beach early in the morning or at sunset and thought, wow, I would really like to do something like that.
I have no idea what took me so long, but when 2015 turned out to be my annus horribilis I stumbled across an advertisement for Qigong lessons, whilst randomly searching for something else. So, in hindsight, maybe it was Qigong that found me.
Meditation was a challenge. My brain was so cluttered with everything life had thrown at me, not all of it good, so when I closed my eyes, there was chaos. A whirlpool of my life flashing like a technicolored LED advertising board, down to what was on my shopping list and what I was going to cook for supper.
Since then Qigong has become a big part of my life, which is now a much calmer place.
As one of the most undisciplined people I know, I feel a sense of achievement. Qigong is my quiet time when I focus on my core, my inner self, allowing positive Qi to flow through my whole body and clear my mind.
Whatever life throws at me now, I will cope with it better as the power of Qi has not only decluttered my mind and way of thinking, but it has unlocked a feeling of self-belief; something I have always lacked.
So little by little, step by step, I am beginning to believe that I will achieve the goals that have eluded me for so long.
The beauty of the qigong approach is that you simply start from where you are. Tiny steps can still take you where you want to go; you just need to dedicate some of your time to yourself, which is a form of self-respect and love.
