Loki positively glowed, shyish smile on his face as he accepted the jacket. Noh Varr’s coat and he was letting him borrow it out of concern for his comfort. How sweet~ The boy, however, shook his head after a moment and offered it back.

“Noh Varr, you’re a gem, but I’m not cold. It’s comfortable for me.” he purred pointing at himself. “Jotunn, after all. I thrive in the cold. Thank you very much though.”

“I’m afraid that is out of our hands.” Noh-Varr didn’t seem at all perturbed as he carried the fallen enhanced-human towards the SHIELD medical mobile. He had resolved not to get involved in this fight - convinced that the Avengers could handle it. They were Earth’s heroes and the Earth should protect itself but… well maybe he had a bit of a soft spot when it came to innocents.

And the fast one had nearly killed himself to get them out of that building. Noh-Varr could at least take him to the place where his wounds would be treated. That didn’t count as interfering right?

“That girl you rescued has already taken five pictures with her phone.”

Pietro blamed the exhaustion on his sudden bout of double vision, blinking around the dark spots to follow his ‘savior’s’ line of sight. His expression fell as he caught sight of the little girl, catching himself at the last second to send her a bright, albeit tired, grinned, and waved as she took another picture.  Exhausted the last of his reserves, he slumped back into the man’s arms and squinted up at him, “You are like a bad luck charm.” Blinking at the bright shock of hair on his head, he asked the question he should’ve the first moment he saw him, “Who are you?”
