I’d just like to clarify something....Clarke DOES NOT have a mind drive anymore. Gabriel took it out when all that shit was going down and then we saw him with Josephine’s mind drive on Skyring. He had plugged it into the iPad thing to make sure she was really gone. That’s why Echo said “Josephine” during the episode where they first arrived on Skyring. Clarke no longer has anything in her head, not the Flame and not a mind drive.

Nah man. Gabriel took Josephine out. Russell put a blank minddrive in her head when she came back to Sanctum. It was part of the act of being Josephine. Remember when she was laying on the chair face down crying while Madi was flipping out?

Hmm. I don’t know about that. He has a drive. Are you saying he’ll take out his drive and put in the other? I don’t think human brains can read the drive. We had all that trouble of the two brains in Clarke’s body starting to destroy the body. While Gabriel DOES have the capability to transfer it, I’m not sure how it would work. 

they might have wanted that video so that we would see becca, and also understand that it was possible to reveal what was on the drive. it might not have been for the code which might have been a bit of a macguffin. But who knows. Maybe.
