Just feels like there’s a lot of different ways to read that Nurse’s thought bubble.
She’s either having a rather snippy “Oh, I guess she actually is one after all” moment after coming across as a little frustrated over Vedika being completely non-combative in this scenario, or she’s trying to reassure herself that yeah, it’s totally cool to let a child out into a monster infested town to light a rescue flare instead of me, the adult. Because after all, it’s her job to put herself out there, right?
Man, I wish we got more on how fucked up the system has become in so far as how the town views Magical Girls.
