Monday Mindfulness - I know that folks have been incorporating mindfulness into their lives more and more, which is so great! My favorite quick 1-minute mindfulness tasks to use when I am feeling overwhelmed is sitting still for a minute straight. Set a timer. Close your eyes. Sit as still as possible.
