Senses the Hive. Shrugs and curls up in his bed, having also kept the towel Hermann gave him. He wonders if they’d notice he was back yet. Took him long enough to feel their presence again. He doesn’t poke, but knows he’ll have to speak with them at some point.

*Cassie was acting strange, upset but not wailing like one would expect from a child so young. Hermann checked her diaper, and seeing that it was clean, picked her up and rocked her.

     “Schlaf, Kindlein, Schlaf       Der Vater hüt die Schaf       Die Mutter schüttelts bäumelein       fällt herab ein Träumelein       Schlaf Kindlein Schlaf...”

Meanwhile, he felt around the Hive to see if he could pinpoint what was troubling her. What he found was two Kaiju butting heads over...her?
