Prefacing this with, I don't play Minecraft, I have a bit of knowledge about it because my little sister is obsessed with it, and some of my best friends love playing it together. I have never been able to get into it, something I'm a little envious about because everyone is having so much fun with it and I just can't grasp it. But I digress, last night @iron-galliant a mutual of mine had a friend watch Searching for a World that doesn't exist, and I was like I should watch that, but it was 3 am so I went to sleep.

A good decision cause we're watching it right now and I'm like

Post art fight experiment!

I ran into a character that was a Minecraft skin and it made me wonder if it was possible to make a model that was super similar to a Minecraft skin (like just double the size of the art and make the flatter 3d bits more 3d). Their character had more beady eyes(no sclera, eyelashes like a ._. style face) , it was kind of hard to make the eyes look like they were looking around without it also looking like part of their face was just going for a wander, so ever since I made it id wanted to try the same idea on different skin styles like the ones with more detailed eyes to see if they'd work better. Hence, made a quick skin idea then tried making a model off it xD

Kind of reminds me of the 3d fan animations Ive seen for some MC people- I fully understand why the iris is usually shrunk in those now xD when I tried to keep the eyes the same as the skin, if they looked to the side, one iris immediately disappears which really does not look right xD kind of want to keep experimenting with it \ouo/ idk xD

Five days since I got a dream of my minecraft player character getting corrupted into a warden hybrid, and i haven't even tried to draw them.

Five days I've wanted to draw them. I'm going crazy.

Have only played with the warden once - (for the snapshot that introduced redstone rooms in the cities) - and I'm already having dreams of my player character hybridizing into a warden, cool.

Time to look up how cobra hoods happen so i can actually think about the sonic shriek attack, since I did see my player use it
