A few days ago, in minecraft,

i made a lumber mill

Do other people make journals for their minecraft smp servers? Or am I weird?

If I really like a server, I'll work my ass off to find the materials to make a book and quill and start documenting as if I'm a lil character, but sometimes I NEED drawings to go along with the minecraft journal I've just made so I find an old sketch book I never used and get to work.

This is the second server journal I've started. The first one didn't last long and I think I threw it away because taht server got deleted :(

Entry 1:

It all started when me and Alexander sailed to new land that we knew was rich in copper.Alexander visited the land for a few years and came back with great news of this new land; it was so big you could live off it for years to come. We set off to sea not too long after Alexander got back. Before we set out he informed me that this trip would be long and not easy so I should pack everything I can to bring to this new land. I didn't have much to my name at this time so I just grabbed some tools and clothes figuring I can make anything I would like in the new world. We set sail on a sunny day with quite a bit of wind. Nothing really exciting happens for a while. Alexander teaches me how to do things around the ship to make the days pass by quicker. The first couple of weeks we didn't do much but sleep and take turns steering the ship in the right way. Lucky Alexander was an experienced explorer and he had roughly mapped the entire way there and he taught me how to read the map and how to make maps so that once I get to the new land I can map it. I knew once I saw some birds that we were only a few weeks from land that got me so excited. I was so tired of being on this ship.I remembered that I had packed an old empty journal so I picked it up and looked around for that bird. it was sitting on the top of one of the sails so I took my bow and shot it down then i plucked the largest feather i could find on the bird and started looking for the extra inc we had on board but we didn't really have any extra feathers to wright with also that bird will make a nice dinner tonight haven't had any meat since we set sail 10 months ago. I went back to my quarters with the feather and the inc and grabbed my journal and started writing this. I will update this once we have set our eyes on the new land.

Day 3

Thought I found a proper jungle biome but it was just a patch. Also I forced myself to go mining whilst greatly anxious of the mob party that was spawning a spider, a skeleton and a creeper. In the end, just decided to dig instead.

I’m posing in my brand-new set of iron armor while standing in front of my still unfinished meadow house. I mined enough iron to make a complete set of armor and an iron sword. It’s not as sexy as diamond or netherite, but it will keep me alive when fighting mobs. I’ll need it here on the outskirts of the dark oak forest, where lots of creepy things dwell.

today, in minecraft,

I wanted to make a rooted dirt farm, but i didnt have any slime. So I dug out the chunks for a slime farm. BUT i already killed some slimes, so I got enough slime for the rooted dirt farm.

So I’m in between two tasks: A) start using the rooted dirt farm and get decorating B) finish the slime farm for slime bawlz for various slime stuff

ALSO I completely neglected to mention that I started making a huge ass tree on top of my trading hall, and that most of my time (before building the rooted dirt farm) was growing and chopping trees. I really need to update this blog more! And post screenshots! ;w;

I predominantly post on tumblr mobile so that’s why I struggle to provide screenshots on any given post. But I will try

A few days ago, in minecraft,

I made a big auto sugar cane farm next to my small white house. It’s not very big but it’s the biggest one I’ve made. It’s partially inspired by specific architecture in my hometown (literally one random building. Like it’s not significant. I could probably find some similar design on google.)

yesterday, in minecraft,

I found a nether fortress in a soul sand valley. I’ve been sort of demolishing it to build some risky bridges across the nether. I’m hoping this will help me get wither skulls.

I also dug to Y 13 and found my first 5 pieces of Ancient Debris! I made half a stack of TNT but I didn’t use it at all because I was strip mining for it. I would have used them if my mining spot wasn’t directly under a lava lake.

I also went back to my absolutely massive huge amethyst geode and got nearly a whole shulker of amethyst shards.

Why did I need so much? Tinted Glass. Why did I need Tinted Glass? I made TWO. (one more than one) bubblevators from my zombie farm and my Skeleton Farm to the top. Because I’m really tired of the two way ladder shoots.

I also! Dug out a second floor to my trading hall. No villagers in yet, maybe that happens today.

While exp farming I combined a bunch of zombie armor drops to get a new armor: piggy boots! Since I’m in the nether so much now, I need to let the Piglins know I’m a chill guy. They’re Fire Protection I and Feather Falling IV.

I also did some enchanting and got Mending on my Respiration III Helmet and on my trans flag shield! Which I also named: Trans Rights

I also took down my super cute manual sugar cane farm (RIP) and put down a small manual nether wart farm next to my auto cactus farm.

also my auto sugar cane farm does not have a roof yet. oops.
