This is my favourite place to stop for lunch. It's the wall just before the Miner's and Pyg track meet the Llanberis path. From here you can see everyone panting and puffing as they climb the last few meters to the summit. You can even work out who's been here before, the people taking their jackets off are newbies and the ones buttoning up are the pros.
