"You...you smell nice," the statement is made by the hired hand as they ride back to the hotel, the concert having been quite a good show. Jihxo'hn squirms a little after she realizes that these words have left her mouth, her cheeks tinting a light purple as she casts her gaze towards the street outside the limousine's window. It's embarrassing, almost, being this upfront about her feelings. She's still not used to it.

As per usual, there had been relative silence inside the limousine that was driving the pair back to the hotel room where they’d stay the night before hitting the road once more tomorrow to the next city Reese would be performing in. 

That was until this silence had been broken by the hired hand that had also just recently became somewhat of a romantic partner for the musician that currently had her arm casually draped over Jihxo'hn’s shoulders. 

“Didn’t think ya’d find the after party stench attractive.” 

It was all a tease of course, but one that did hold truth to it, the turquoise smelling heavily of sweat and alcohol; the unbearable desire to get back and shower was at the fore front of her mental processing at the moment but still had plenty of room to be playful with her companion.

"It looks like that storm they were talking about on the news is going to make landfall in a few days," she says, her forefinger flicking through the articles on her phone. "The track has it coming in through the Gulf. Could hit Loui or Florida, they said. Poor bastards in the southern states, huh?" [for Alice]

They’re going to deal with the brunt of it.” Kerensky replied, turning her car to the right in order to get on the highway. “While they’re having a storm, here in Arizona, it’s going to be blazing hot for another few days. Not that I’m complaining about the heat. I’m already use to the desert sun.”

A click of the capsule in her pocket produced a twin-dragon headed staff, twirling around for a bit, alight with mana before she stopped in a lunge position, head of the staff pointed at the metal container.

“Well, whatever! Come on out slimies! I’ll show you the Space CQC I’ve been working on, and then I’ll have my own sick ride!”

It was the first nice day in a long while, so Maria had decided to take her workout to the park. She always loved yoga, it seemed so soothing to her. Plus, it helped with her flexibility, and if she was going to get back into gymnastics like she’d hoped to, she was going to need to get back into a routine. Yoga classes with Emily on Tuesdays, dance practice on Wednesdays, gymnastics practice on Thursdays.. Her schedule had become quite full.

She was in the middle of the downward dog pose when she noticed someone watching her. “Oh?” She recognized that face. She decided to stop for now, standing and righting her posture. “Well hello there. Enjoy the show, did you?” She said with a smirk.
