a/n: hii! thank you for my third request ever!! :) so happy i get to write abt the maze runner a lot right now. and i ADOREEE the fact i get to write minho x reader and not just thomas (i still love writing abt thomas guys dw)

warnings: kissing at the end, fluff, mention of blood, gn!reader, no use of y/n i think.

summary: (i'm too lazy for this holy, okay i'm sorry i'll write the summary now.) as it gets later in the glade, minho barely makes it back out of the maze. to both of your luck, he didn't have much of an injury.

minho and you have been dating for a while now. minho and you were some of the first few of the gladers who came up from the box. he is a runner and you're a med-jack. everything has always been fine. until today.

minho went into the maze in the morning, but now it was getting late. the maze was soon going to close and there was no sign of minho yet. you stood in front of the gap, anxious. all of a sudden, a figure appeared. minho.

he was limping trying to get to the door fast enough. you could feel your stress build up as your heard the maze start to close. other gladers have now joined you.

"should someone go help him?" you asked nervously. ben looked at you before speaking up, "i'll go help him. we'll make it back, don't worry."

you nodded at him as you watched him run out to where minho was, immediately giving him support. you noticed jeff by your side, quickly you told him to get the first-aid kit. jeff ran back to the med-jack hut to go retrieve the kit.

after what seemed like forever, jeff was back with the kit, and minho and ben were both back. minho sat on the blades of grass, clutching his lower leg. you shooed everybody away, giving you two space. you kneeled down beside him and ran your fingers through his hair before opening the kit.

"what happened?" you ask, worry lacing your voice.

"tripped over a few rocks and fell pretty hard." he said, sounding uncomfortable.

"okay, tell me if anything hurts." you said as your gentle hands were touching different parts of his lower leg, trying to find where the pain was coming from.

all of a sudden he let out a wince as you touched his calve. "it's okay, it's okay." you said trying to convince both you and him.

you saw some dark red blood dried up on a small part pf his calve. you cleaned it up as best as you could and wrapped his calve.

as you put away your supplies into the kit, you started to speak again, "you made me worry."

"i'm sorry, baby." he said softly.

he gave you a light and gentle kiss on your lips before you helped him up and led him to go get some food and rest.
