I love greek mythos, because you can come up with your own interpretations and lessons without someone telling you you’re wrong.

Like it’s so frustrating in english class readings or religious text readings where you have a different understanding of the text than everyone else and the person leading the discussion is like “wrong :) sweaty :)”.

Like I get the author had their own intent, but that doesn’t make their interpretation the only valid one imho
