This was already strange. The moment Wooly seemed to recognize Blaise, seeming relieved, he knew things were... far more off than before.
“Oh, it’s you,” the sheep said, smiling in relief, before looking terrified, one ear raising as if in reaction to a sound off-screen. He then hurried closer to the screen. “Whatever you do, don’t--”
Wooly was cut off by the screen suddenly becoming filled with static, and then the screen returned, revealing an angry-looking Amanda and a crying Wooly, with a red knee. Amanda then seemed to notice Blaise, and quickly put on an innocent, yet horrified look. “Oh no! Wooly had an accident!”
As Amanda explained what an accident was, Blaise scoffed. He could’ve sworn she looked a little annoyed by the scoff, Wooly’s crying quieting for a moment. “At three forty-five this afternoon, we were playing, and Wooly tripped and fell.”
“I--” Wooly started, angry and taken aback. “I didn’t tri--!”
Amanda asked her questions, and Blaise answered, annoyed. Soon enough, the duo had ended up in the doctor’s office. “Amanda, this really hurts. When is the doctor going--”
“The doctor isn’t here right now!” Amanda cut him off. “Let’s see how we can help Wooly! Which tool can we use to check Wooly’s injury, the heart monitor, the x-ray machine, or the scale?”
“Maybe wait,” Blaise said, somewhat sarcastically.
“That won’t help Wooly,” Amanda responded near immediately, surprising Blaise.
“I’m scared,” Wooly said, when Blaise stared at the screen. “What should we use?”
Blaise blinked, pointing at the machine. “That’s right!” Amanda said. “Now we can look at Wooly’s bones!”
The episode ended then, and Blaise stared at the screen for a few moments.
