For your amazing christmas event ✨
What do you think about Tsuna and/or other guardians and their conditioner smell?
Aww, thank you so much for the request 😊 I really appreciate them. While I did say just one character for the asks, I’ll oblige this time and do each of the Guardians, though I am sorry that it took me a bit longer to get to you because of that. I hope you’ll enjoy, my dear!
Tsuna actually has a problem with dandruff that can get really bad if he doesn’t use the right kinds of shampoo. He uses shampoos specifically for dandruff, usually ones that aren’t crazy expensive. Head & Shoulders is typically his go-to. He likes that it doesn’t smell as bad as most of the medicated dandruff shampoos and keeps his hair from looking greasy.
The smell of Gokudera’s shampoo and conditioner is always changing. He doesn’t really splurge on his toiletries since, to him, all shampoos do the same thing. He just buys whatever shampoo is cheapest. If he can find a really good deal on a brand, he’ll stock up on it and that will be his go-to scent until it’s gone.
Yamamoto isn’t really at all picky about his shampoo. He’ll just use whatever his dad buys when he’s a teen and he kind of just sticks with that even as an adult. He’s actually pretty loyal to brands that he thinks are good. However, he really is very practical and likes efficiency when it comes to his showering/bathing habits. He just wants to get in and out and likes shampoos that don’t require him to use a conditioner just to keep his hair in decent enough shape. &honey is his preferred and, obviously, because of this, his hair smells vaguely like honey.
Ryohei only ever uses shampoo. He doesn’t use conditioner – he thinks it’s for girls. He’s also really picky about his shampoo. Not that he’s loyal to a specific brand or type or anything because he’s not. He’s picky in that his shampoo has to be unscented. He hates really scented shampoos. They overpower his sense of smell, for one, and for another…again, he considers them kind of unmasculine. I think one of his biggest go to’s is Matsu Yama M-Mark Amino Acid Unscented Shampoo.
Lambo, even as he grows up into first a teenager and then an adult, never really stops using kid’s shampoos. He can’t help himself – he loves the ‘no tears’ promise of the shampoos and the really fun smells of them. His favourite is Formal Bee Kids 3 in 1 shampoo, particularly in the peach scent.
Hibari has a sensitive scalp and if he uses the wrong shampoo, he can actually break out in sores on his scalp. Because of this, he doesn’t really spare any expense when it comes to the shampoo and conditioner that he uses. He is willing to spend money to ensure his scalp and hair remains healthy. I think his go to is Alcries Aroma Shampoo, which is very mild and gentle on his scalp. The scent is very mild and pleasant, vaguely citrusy.
Chrome and Mukuro both actually use the same shampoo and conditioner. Neither of them splurge on shampoo and conditioner and just really use drugstore brands. However, Mukuro is kind of particular on what his shampoo smells like since he hates that artificial and chemical scent that a lot of scented shampoos have. On top of that, he has dry hair and needs something moisturizing. I think their go-to shampoo and conditioner is Ichikami brand and they always buy the large bottle sets. It kind of smells light and sweet.
