From the minibar ...
I’ve seen many hotel minibars in my day and many minibar items, but never anything like this.
Let me point out, first of all that the Thompson Hotel in Nashville is no “no-tell motel.” In fact, its rates are a little beyond what we would normally pay for overnight accommodations. We landed there because of extenuating circumstances.
On the Thompson minibar menu, along with the Snickers bars and the M&Ms; the Pringle’s and the normal assortment of booze, there’s this:
A “Lover's Kit,” which includes:
“Couple’s erotic vibrating ring”
“Mini multi-speed vibrator”
“Two premium condoms”
“Liquid pleasures personal lubricant”
“Thistle Farm candle” sold separately.
